The smallest apartment in the house Renate is located 1st floor and extends over 2 floors. In the upper part is the cozy bedroom in the converted attic. It can be reached from the living room via a staircase to the converted attic. The living room in the lower part of the apartment is equipped with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed with a lying area of approx. 1.60 x 2 m with a few simple steps. The two areas are not separated by a door.
The 50inch Smart TV with free Netflix access and the Google Homepod Smartspeaker ensure that you will not be bored even in bad weather. In addition, free wi-fi access is available. Also integrated into the living room is the small fully equipped fitted kitchen.
